WHEREAS, the term of Mary Ross Cunningham as a member of the Lake County Community Development Commission has expired; and

WHEREAS, it is the request of your Chairman that Mary Ross Cunningham be reappointed as a member of the Lake County Community Development Commission for a term ending December 1, 2010.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Mary Ross Cunningham for a term ending December 1, 2010 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
