Title
Resolution amending the Finance Policy, 3.3.1 Video Gaming Revenue Policy.
Staff Summary
• Lake County’s Video Gaming Revenue Policy provides the guidelines for how video gaming revenue will be allocated. It was last updated in 2024, but there is a need to update several clauses to update the amount allocated for support of 211 information and referral services.
• The Policy currently states that Lake County will annually allocate $125,000 to support 211 information and referral services, but due to software cost increases, this revised policy increases that amount to $150,000.
• Other clauses in the policy have been updated to consistently reflect this change.
