RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the Fox Lake Fire Protection District due to the pass of Michael Kikos whose term expires on Sunday, May 1, 2022; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Jim Wipper as a trustee of the Fox Lake Fire Protection District to fill the vacancy with a term effective immediately and ending Sunday, May 1, 2022.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Jim Wipper as a trustee of the Fox Lake Fire Protection District for the term effective Monday, May 6, 2019 through Sunday, May 1, 2022 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
