RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Lake County had approved the FY 2010 Fund Sweeps for the FY 2012 Capital Improvement Program budget which will be approved in November 2011 as part of the FY 2012 recommended budget; and
WHEREAS, the funds have not been appropriated into the Capital Improvement Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois that an emergency appropriation in the amount of $3,144,495 is hereby authorized in the Capital Improvement Program; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the funds will be appropriated in account 101-1103015-85070-000-000-000-00000.
