Proposed Revisions to Lake County Code of Ordinances Chapter 177, Tobacco Regulations - Mackey

Revisions are proposed to Chapter 177 to establish that hearings required as part of a license suspension or revocation are to be held before the Board of Health Hearings Committee, not the Health Officer, as currently required. Other revisions describe the conduct and process of the hearing.
These proposed revisions to Chapter 177 were reviewed and approved by the Environmental Health Advisory Committee at their February 19, 2024, meeting. Relevant comments are attached from the public hearing held on June 13, 2024.
