WHEREAS, there is a vacancy on the Lake County Board of Health; and
WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Julie Simpson as a member of the Lake County Board of Health to fill the vacancy for the remainder of the term ending on Wednesday, June 30, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Julie Simpson as a member of the Lake County Board of Health for a term ending on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
