WHEREAS, the term of Dennis Leslie as a member of the Slocum Lake Drainage District expired on September 5, 2023; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Len Dufkis as a member of the Slocum Lake Drainage District for a term beginning immediately and ending on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Len Dufkis as a member of the Slocum Lake Drainage District for a term beginning immediately and ending on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
