Staff Summary

•                     The previous agreement between Operating Engineers Local 150 and Lake County expired November 30, 2014.

•                     Employees covered by this agreement shall receive wage increases in the following manner: 2.75 percent across the board effective December 01, 2014, 2.5 percent across the board increase effective December 01, 2015 (same as received by non-union employees), effective December 01, 2016, December 01, 2017, and December 01, 2018 employees covered by this contract shall receive the same increases as non-union.

•                     One employee shall receive a five percent equity adjustment effective December 01, 2015.

•                     The term of the bargaining agreement will begin on December 01, 2014 and expire on November 30, 2019.
