Resolution reappointing Ken Robinson as one (1) of the County Board’s
two (2) small business representatives on the Lake County Partnership
for Economic Development, Inc.’s Board of Directors.
Body
WHEREAS, the Lake County Partners (LCP) was incorporated in March, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the Lake County Board passed a resolution on September 11, 2001 to execute a new three (3) year contract with the Lake County Partners for the provision of economic development services; and
WHEREAS, the Lake County Partners’ contract for the provision of economic development services continued the Lake County Board’s appointment of four County Board members to the Lake County Partners’ Board; and
WHEREAS, the Lake County Partnership for Economic Development, Inc., requested the County to submit its four nominees for appointment as they are identified; and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Ken Robinson, Lake County Administrator, be reappointed as one (1) of the County Board’s two (2) small business representatives for a term ending November 30, 2009.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Ken Robinson to the Board of Directors of the Lake County Partnership for Economic Development, Inc., for a term ending November 30, 2009, be and the same is hereby confirmed.
