WHEREAS, Member Judy Armstrong of the Lake County Housing and Community Development Commission has resigned; and

WHEREAS, the resignation of Member Judy Armstrong creates a vacancy on the Lake County Housing and Community Development Commission and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Michael F. Meehan as a member for the Lake County Housing and Community Development Commission for a term ending April 30, 2017.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Michael F. Meehan as a member for the Lake County Housing and Community Development Commission for the term ending April 30, 2017 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
