RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 33.036 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, proposals were called for by publication for Entry Screening and Security Services; and

WHEREAS, subsequent to said publication, Request for Proposals were extended to 35 vendors; and

WHEREAS, electronic proposals were received from 12 vendors, and opened in the County Building, Waukegan, Illinois, on June 1, 2023, at 11:00 a.m.; and

WHEREAS, based on the criteria set forth in the Request for Proposals, and Evaluation Committee selected Andy Frain Services, Inc. to be in the best interest of Lake County.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the Purchasing Agent is authorized to enter into a contract with Andy Frain Services, Inc., Aurora, Illinois, in the estimated annual amount of $1,400,731 for Entry Scre...
