WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy in the Membership of the Lake County Community Development Commission; and

WHEREAS, it is the request of your Chairman that Linda Pedersen, 19477 W. Pedersen Road, Antioch, Illinois, be appointed as a Member of the Lake County Community Development Commission for a term ending December 1, 2010.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Linda Pedersen for a term ending December 1, 2010 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
