WHEREAS, the term of Charles Willms as a member of the Lake County Regional Planning Commission has expired; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Charles Willms as a member of the Lake County Regional Planning Commission for a term ending December 9, 2012.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that Charles Willms be reappointed as a member of the Lake County Regional Planning Commission for a term ending December 9, 2012.
