R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Winchester Road (County Highway 69) is a designated route on the county highway system; and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the safety and welfare of the motoring public if Winchester Road from US Rte 45 to Butterfield Road (County Highway 57) could be resurfaced; and
WHEREAS, plans, specifications and estimates of costs for this improvement have been completed and this improvement is now ready to proceed to contract letting; and
WHEREAS, before a construction letting can be held an appropriation of funds is needed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that there is hereby appropriated $905,000 of Matching Tax funds for the resurfacing of Winchester Road from US Rte 45 to Butterfield Road and designated as Section 10-00151-21-RS.
