RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Paras Parekh served as a member of the Lake County Board of Health from December 16, 2022, through September 8, 2026, providing nearly four years of dedicated service to the residents of Lake County; and
WHEREAS, throughout his tenure, Paras Parekh demonstrated consistent engagement and a collaborative approach in carrying out the work and responsibilities of the Board of Health; and
WHEREAS, Paras Parekh contributed his time, perspective, and careful consideration to the Board's efforts to advance the health and well-being of the Lake County community; and
WHEREAS, his service reflected a meaningful commitment to public health, responsible governance, and the mission of the Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and members of the Lake County Board of Health, that we hereby honor Paras Parekh and express our sincere gratitude for his service and valued contributions to the Board of Health and the residents of Lake County; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Lake County Board of Health extends its appreciation and best wishes to Paras Parekh upon the conclusion of his service.
