                     WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the Lake County Board of Health; and

                     WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Ann Maine as a member of the Lake County Board of Health to fill the  unexpired term of Carol Spielman ending June 30, 2009.

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Ann Maine as a member of the Lake County Board of Health for a term ending June 30, 2009 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
