RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, a new program request was approved as part of the FY 2023 Budget to acquire a property assessment software to identify potential unclaimed or unqualified homestead exemptions; and
WHEREAS, the Chief County Assessor identified a software program TrueRoll that is available through a cooperative purchasing contract with Insight Public Sector, Inc., through Omnia Partners to procure the software that was competitively solicited and awarded; and
WHEREAS, the cost for the initial year of the service is $116,798.04 with the option for annual renewals granted upon mutual agreement of the parties; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this Lake County Board, that the Purchasing Agent is authorized to enter into a with Insight Public Sector, Inc. of Chandler, Arizona, for the purchase of TrueRoll Property Assessment Software in an annual amount of $116,798.04, with renewal options.
