RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, this contract authorizes a three-year agreement with Accenture for $499,864 per year; and
WHEREAS, this will provide ongoing professional support for Lake County’s Workday system, which supports critical operations including payroll, human resources, finance, benefits, and procurement; and
WHEREAS, the contract also includes specialized assistance to troubleshoot issues, maintain and improve system functionality, and support software updates and ongoing operational needs; and

NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the Purchasing Agent is authorized to enter into a contract with Accenture for Workday postproduction managed services.
