Staff Summary

•                     Lake County issued a Request for Proposal in 2021 for an integrated capital program management system to develop and manage the Lake County Division of Transportation’s (LCDOT) capital program, track individual project schedules and funding, and include a public facing webpage.

•                     LCDOT’s contract with EcoInteractive, LLC, San Francisco, California, began on December 17, 2021, for a period of one year, and allows a total of four one-year contract extensions.

•                     This will be the fourth one-year contract extension and will cover the period of December 17, 2025, to December 16, 2026.

•                     This project is included in the Transportation Improvement Program and designated as Section 22-00000-21-AM.

RESOLUTION

 

WHEREAS, the Lake County Division of Transportation (LCDOT), with Lake County Purchasing acting as the administrative agent, issued a Request for Proposal for an integrated capital program management system to develop and manage LCDOT’s capital program, track individual project schedules and funding, and include a public facing webpage; and

 

WHEREAS, the awarded contract with EcoInteractive, LLC, San Francisco, California, to provide this capital program management system, ProjectTracker, began on December 17, 2021, for a period of one year, and allows for annual extensions up to five years; and

 

WHEREAS, this will be the fourth one-year extension and will cover the period of December 17, 2025, through December 16, 2026; and

 

WHEREAS, an appropriation of funds is required.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that there is hereby appropriated $145,000 of ¼% Sales Tax for Transportation funds for the extension of the capital program management system, ProjectTracker, and designated as Section 22-00000-21-AM.
