            WHEREAS, Robert Skidmore, County Treasurer and Ex-Officio County Collector, of Lake County, requests this County Board to designate banks or other financial institutions in which the funds and monies of the County in his custody as County Treasurer and as Ex-Officio County Collector may be deposited; and

            WHEREAS, the designated depositories have furnished this County Board with copies of their last financial statement for the quarter ending

June 30, 2010 as required by the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Home Loan Bank, or the Illinois Commissioner of Banks and Trust Companies, and the same have been examined.

            NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois that the following named banks and other financial institutions to wit:

            BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the aforesaid financial statements of the designated depositories be placed on file, and that a certified copy of the Resolution be forwarded to the Surety or Sureties on the Bond of Robert Skidmore, County Treasurer and Ex-Officio County Collector of Lake County, Illinois.
