• Lake County Information Technology/Enterprise Technology (IT/ET) identified a cooperative purchasing contract with Mythics, Inc. for Oracle solutions through the National Intergovernmental Purchasing Alliance (NIPA) Number R190801 to procure the competitively solicited and awarded services.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Lake County’s IT/ET is requesting authorization for a contract with Mythics, Inc. for licensing and subscription of the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud application; and
WHEREAS, this contract is for three years in the amount not to exceed $132,000 annually for a total of $396,000; and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Article 10-101 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, Cooperative Purchasing, Lake County may participate in a cooperative purchasing agreement for the procurement of goods, services, or professional services with one or more public procurement units in accordance with an agreement entered into between the participants; and
WHEREAS, a cooperative purchasing contract through NIPA Number R190801 has been identified to procure the competitively solicited and awarded services; and
WHEREAS, this contract is subject to appropriation by the Lake Count Board, if funding is not approved for future fiscal years, Lake County will not be obligated to make the payments required by this contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this Lake County Board, that the Purchasing Agent is authorized to enter into a contract with Mythics, Inc. for the licensing and subscription of the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud application for three years in the amount not to exceed $132,000 annually for a total of $396,000 to be charged to 101-1300010-71230. This contract is subject to appropriation by the Lake County Board, if funding is not approved, Lake County will not be obligated to make the payments required by this contract.
