Staff Summary
• Enterprise wireless (Wi-Fi) provides fast, secure and reliable wireless connectivity to Lake County employees and the public throughout County facilities.
• This contract authorizes a one-year agreement with Logicalis for $65,477.42 with the option of extending up to three additional one-year periods, for an initial term cost of $65,477.42. Subsequent annual renewals are estimated to increase 10 percent with each one-year renewal for a total cost in the final term of $86,150.
• In accordance with Section 33.115 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, a cooperative purchasing contract with Logicalis has been identified through 1GPA (22-02PV-12) to procure needed goods, services, construction, or professional services that have been competitively solicited and awarded.
• 1GPA competitively procured the services for technology and audio-visual solutions through a Request for Proposal (RFP) that allowed multiple awards to qualified vendors. 1GPA received 27 proposals and identified 20 qualified vendors, of which Logicalis was awarded a contract.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Enterprise wireless (Wi-Fi) provides fast, secure and reliable wireless connectivity to Lake County employees and the public throughout County facilities; and
WHEREAS, this contract authorizes a one-year agreement with Logicalis for $65,477.42 with the option of extending up to three additional one-year periods, for an initial term cost of $65,477.42. Subsequent annual renewals are estimated to increase 10 percent with each one-year renewal for a total cost in the final term of $86,150; and
