RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Lake County is requesting authorization for a contract with DLT Solutions, a Tech Data Company to transition to the County’s Oracle Hyperion Public Sector Planning and Budgeting application to Oracle’s Enterprise Performance Management Cloud Enterprise services; and
WHEREAS, this migration and implementation of the software components is in the amount not to exceed $158,870; and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Article 10-101 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, Cooperative Purchasing, Lake County may participate in a cooperative purchasing agreement for the procurement of goods, services, or professional services with one or more public procurement units in accordance with an agreement entered into between the participants; and
WHEREAS, a cooperative purchasing contract with DLT Solutions, a Tech Data Company through the General Services Administration (GSA) GS-35F-267DA has been identified to procure the competitively solicited and awarded services; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this Lake County Board, that the Purchasing Agent is authorized to enter into a contract with DLT Solutions, a Tech Data Company for the migration and implementation of County’s Oracle Hyperion Public Sector Planning and Budgeting application to Oracle’s Enterprise Performance Management Cloud Enterprise services in the amount not to exceed $158,870 to be charged to 101-1102050-84030-000-000-000-11012. This contract is subject to appropriation by the Lake County Board. If the Lake County Board does not approve funding in future fiscal years, Lake County will not be obligated to make the payments required by this contract.
