Review of Executive Session Minutes
Body
Consistent with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act (OMA), the Board of Health must review closed session minutes to determine whether any minutes may be opened to public inspection, in accordance with 5 ILCS 120/2.06(d). The Board of Health Attorney has reviewed the minutes and developed the attached recommendation.
