RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the United States Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD)requires the submission of an Annual Action Plan (AAP) and associated amendments to govern expenditure of federal housing and community development funding for each program; and
WHEREAS, the second amendment to PY26 AAP allocates $200,000 of CDBG to Lake County Community Development to complete HVAC improvements and environmental mitigation at income eligible affordable rental properties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the second amendment to PY26 AAP is hereby approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chair of the Lake County Board or their designee is hereby authorized to execute the necessary documents to complete the submission of the amended PY26 AAP.
