Annual Approval of Family Planning Program Educational Materials - Santos

The annual review and approval of the Family Planning Program Education Materials by the Governing Council is a requirement of the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) grant. IDPH did not dictate any changes that need to be made to these educational materials since the Governing Council’s last approval. These educational materials are professionally printed and available in each health center. In addition, patients are provided with a QR code to access the educational materials via their cell phones.
