Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center (LCHD/CHC) is seeking a qualified firm to provide Printing services for the Lake County Health Department
A legal notice was published in The News Sun soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFP 25268) on July 29, 2025 and the RFP was posted to the LCHD/CHC website. Thirty-Five (35) Vendors registered for the RFP and four (4) suppliers submitted sealed proposals in the Materials Management office on May 1, 2025.
An evaluation committee comprised of LCHD/CHC staff reviewed, submitted evaluation scoresheets, and determined that Graphic Partners of Zion, IL best meets the needs of LCHD/CHC.
Suggested Motion
To approve the award for RFP #25268 Printing Services for the Lake County Health Department in the estimated annual amount of $50,000 to Graphic Partners of Zion, IL and authorize the Executive Director or designee to execute the necessary negotiated documents.
