Reclassification of Executive Director Position from M15 to M16 - Sashko

Based on comparable FQHC CEO/Executive Director compensation ranges, the Executive Committee met on November 29, 2023, to discuss the Executive Director’s annual compensation and strategies for changes in the compensation plan. Due to a consistent level of high-performance and dedication to the agency, the decision was made to access the M16 compensation classification for the Executive Director [only] in the overall County of Lake Compensation Table. This provides access to a new compensation range and suspends the need to provide a single individual payout to the Executive Director as a lump sum salary adjustment due to the ceiling of the compensation in the M15 classification. This has occurred for the previous two years of annual reviews and the Executive Committee determined this practice needed to be modified for a variety of fiscal standards of responsibility.
