RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Lake County has approved the fiscal year (FY) 2016 Capital Reallocations of $10,986,000 for the FY 2018 Capital Improvement Program budget which will be approved in November 2017 as part of the FY 2018 recommended budget; and
WHEREAS, the funds have not been appropriated into the Capital Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, Lake County has approved capital improvements in the Public Works Fund of $9,186,100 as discussed during the FY 2018 recommended budget process, which will be approved in November 2017; and
WHEREAS, the funds have not been appropriated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois that emergency appropriations as specified in the attached are hereby authorized as modifications to the FY 2018 budget.
