Staff Summary
• The Health Department is renovating a facility in Zion for use as the Zion Community Health Center.
• As part of the planned funding sources, $800,000 was approved in 2017 budget within the County’s CCIP program.
• It is necessary to transfer these funds to the Health Department for construction of this project.
• This transfer is accomplished through an emergency appropriation of $800,000 to Health Department fund 210, funded from the previously approved CCIP funding in fund 101.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Lake County Board appropriates funds in both the Corporate Capital Improvement Program in fund 101 and the Health Department in fund 210; and
WHEREAS, the FY17 Corporate Capital Improvement Fund budget included $800,000 of approved funding for the new Zion Community Health Center facility;
WHEREAS, an emergency appropriation in the amount of $800,000 is necessary for FY17 to move funding from corporate funds to Health Department funds for the new Zion Community Health Center; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this Lake County Board, that an emergency appropriation from the Corporate Capital Improvement Program in fund 101 in the amount of $800,000 is hereby authorized in the FY17 Health Department fund 210 per the accounts identified in the attachment.
