R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Washington Street, County Highway 45, is a designated route on the County highway system; and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the safety and welfare of the motoring public if Washington Street could be improved by restoration of the drainage channel on the south side of Washington Street, west of I94; and
WHEREAS, plans, specifications and estimates of costs for this improvement have been completed, and this improvement is now ready to proceed to contract letting; and
WHEREAS, before a construction letting can be held, an appropriation of funds is needed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that there is hereby appropriated $390,000 of County Bridge Tax funds for the restoration of the drainage channel on the south side of Washington Street, west of I94, and designated as Section 16-00110-14-DR.
