WHEREAS, the term of Gerold Topcik as a member of the Public Water District expires on May 1, 2024; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Terri Ewert as a member of the Public Water District for a term beginning on May 2, 2024, and ending on May 6, 2029.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Terri Ewert as a member of the Public Water District for a term beginning on May 2, 2024, and ending on May 6, 2029, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
