New Client Wait List
As of March 21, 2024, there are 3,917 individuals on our general medicine new client waitlist, 3,482 adults and 435 pediatrics. These individuals are looking to establish care in our following health centers:
• Belvidere Medical Building: 33%
• Midlakes: 21%
• Grand: 16%
• Zion: 12%
• North Chicago: 7%
• North Shore: 6%
• Libertyville: 5%
Since the March 12, 2024, report to Governing Council, the new client wait list has been reduced by a total of 325 individuals, 213 adults and 112 pediatrics.

Open positions:
• Health Center Clerk: 2
• Health Center Medical Assistant: 5
• RN Manager: 2
• APRN/MD/DO: 3
• FQHC Therapist: 3 (out of 7)
• FQHC Psychiatrist: 2 (PT)
• Dietitians: 3
